This machine does all of the dirty work and runs constantly 5 days a week, 13hrs a day! Your parts get its first wash through this machine to remove most of the heavy oils, dirt, metal, etc.
The unit has a series of jets inside which will hit the part, which rotates on a turn-table, with high pressure super heated soapy water. After 15 minutes, most of the major junk found on your parts will be gone and the parts are then ready for the bead blaster or Ultrasonic cleaner.
