This is used on all DSM and EVO transmission, rear diff and t-case drain plugs as a crush sealing washer.

These are ruined regularly by over-torquing.  They are very hard to find, but we have them!  

Please note you may get a copper or aluminum washer.  Either one fits and works the same.
